about burano condominium
The Burano Condominium is modeled after the sculpture, painting, and vibrant hues set against the colourful backdrop of the narrow streets in Burano, creating a fusion of gleaming architecture and colourful artistry.
Soaring 48 storeys into the sky, the building will be a mix of glass and steel partly resting on the historic Addison on Bay, which will serve as a pedestrian mall. With its solid brick facade and oversized windows, the Addison will serve as a solid base to the Burano. The public piazza, by designer Janet Rosenberg, will round out the entrance that awaits you.
In addition to the quick and easy access to the milieu of shops and services in the Addison, residents of the Burano will also enjoy the building's superb amenities, all inspired by Venetian art. The grand 4-storey atrium lobby will be adorned by work from Italian artist Sandro Martini, and its art gallery-inspired design will take your breath away. Similarly, the stunning party room, with its warm tones, soft lighting, and intimate ambiance will be a fabulous place for entertaining.
In addition to these wonderful amenities, the building will also offer a slew of entertainment and recreational facilities, including a theatre room, an internet lounge, a gym, and recreation room with service kitchen. All that you need will be found at Burano.
